It is more than a simple online fitness programme. We focus on mindset, nutrition, fitness, mobility, habits, body image, confidence and self belief. The goal of online training with me is to have you walking away confident and inspired in yourself to continue implementing these lifestyle changes. We are not a revolving door for clients to come back time and time again. We want you focused and determined.

A coaching programme designed to give you the skills to unlock your potential. No more fad diets or broken promises. This is accountability and coaching to help you reach your goals.
Track your eating with personalised macros on the app — learn how to get the most out of your food (carbs are not the enemy) while still enjoying yourself.
TRACK YOUR MOVEMENT
Track your daily steps and exercise/movement — if you have a smart watch/fitness tracker, it sends daily reports so I know how your training is going and where we can improve.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Add progress photos and measurements to the app as you go, with easy to read graphs that outline your achievements.
WHAT YOU GET WITH ONLINE COACHING:
Educational modules covering a wide range of topics including nutrition, anatomy, stretching & mindfulness. We have a range of brilliant coaches to help pass on their knowledge and wisdom!
WEEKLY CHECK INS
All clients choose their preferred method to check-in (zoom, call). A weekly form allows us to keep track of your improvements but also see where we can focus the following week.
Tailored workout plans to each individual — these can be gym, home or outdoor workouts (or a mix). Follow along via the app by simply pressing play. Flexible planning allows you to move your workout to suit you.
For accountability, meal prep, encouragement and banter. Our clients build a strong rapport with one another which helps boost morale and confidence.
